Phillip Brugger, PE
Mr. Brugger joined RLG in 1998 originally as a CAD Technician for the Civil Engineering Department. After obtaining his civil engineering degree, he moved into the role of project engineer and then to project manager. Phillip has worked on numerous project types over the years including education, healthcare, institutional, office, retail, roadways, utilities, religious, and mixed use.
Mr. Brugger’s responsibilities extend beyond managing projects, he is also responsible for coordinating the CAD technicians and the CAD standards in RLG’s Civil Department as well as being the Autodesk® account manager for all of RLG’s Autodesk® software. Phillip’s knowledge of both CAD and engineering has made him one of RLG’s best assets.
